We had an excellent experience. Previously, other dealerships had taken in our same vehicle. The first dealership caused an issue, the second dealership in DFW had us drop off our car 2 times and requested a third time for the same issue, no loaner and to boot add in a 2 hour drive one way. We reached out to this group, diagnosis was confirmed and due to the type of repair with the SRS safety system (air bags) and what not, VW corporate covered a loaner, loaners are not usually owed to anyone, most are unaware of this. I am very happy with the professionalism and service provided!
We had a wonderful experience with Brain Hunter at ORR Volkswagen. I messaged him telling him our situation and what I was looking for.. He told me to give him a little bit to work it out and came back and got me in something! We went on a Saturday to look at the vehicle and he had it waiting on us. He was professional and wanted to get us into something just as bad as we wanted to get into something! I couldn’t have asked for a better sales guy.
