The first dealership caused an issue, the second dealership in DFW had us drop off our car 2 times and requested a third time for the same issue, no loaner and to boot add in a 2 hour drive one way. We reached out to this group, diagnosis was confirmed and due to the type of repair with the SRS safety system (air bags) and what not, VW corporate covered a loaner, loaners are not usually owed to anyone, most are unaware of this.
